About
the Adam Centre

Welcome in!

The Adam Centre is a day centre for older adults based in the heart of Montrose. We are a registered Scottish charity run on a not for profit basis.

Originally known as Montrose Day Care and formed in 1987, the Centre was renamed in 2015 in recognition of the local Adam family, whose generous bequest made the construction of the current building possible.

The aim of the Centre is to offer engaging daytime activities in an inviting and sociable environment, creating a club-like experience for our members.
