Care Standards
Professional staff
Our members require varying levels of care – from no assistance at all, through to help with mobility and daily tasks. The Centre staff are friendly and approachable trained professionals who are all subject to vetting procedures and trained to offer a high standard of care.
- We are registered with the Care Inspectorate (CS2003000408)
- Our manager has SVQ4 in Health and Social Care, Registered Manager Award and is registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- All our care staff have SVQ 2 in Care or above and undertake regular mandatory training
- All our staff are part of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups scheme (PVG)
- All staff are undergoing advanced dementia training in summer 2023.
The Adam Centre is regulated by the Care Inspectorate – our service number is CS2003000408. We meet the standards for social care support services laid down by the Scottish Government and are inspected and graded based on national criteria.
